In May 2017 Brother Billy Watters was ordained to be the pastor of Faith Baptist. Bro. Billy says “I was saved as a 8 year-old child in May 1978, and was called to preach in 1990. I began preaching in nursing homes in my home town of Manchester Tn as well as the local jail and prisons. I started pulpit supply at my home church in Shelbyville, TN Under pastor Jim Tedder and later went on to preach revivals in many other states. I Married my wife in 1998 and our first child William was born on Aug 6th 2000 and our daughter Hannah was born Aug 19th 2003.
